Robin
Robin Hancock is our receptionist. She is often the bubbly voice you hear on the phone. She is also well versed in insurance and finances. Robin started with us in 1999. Her background was a clerk for the City of Headland.

Freeda
Freeda Juve plays two roles in our office working both in the front office and as my surgical assistant. A few years ago she was my primary assistant, but I think she had her fill of working that close with me. Now her primary duty is patient relations. Freeda started with us in 1995. She brought some general dental office experience with her.

Terri
Terri Hayward is next in seniority. She has an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Albany Junior College which she earned in 1983. She has been with my office since 1992. She is, as we say in the South, a goodn.

Kate
Kate Brannon is our newest addition. Kate obtained her license in 1997. She has been with us since 2000. I knew we had something special when I interviewed Kate. She told me that she is related to Dr. Vann, a Headland dentist. A good pedigree is hard to beat.

Shannon
Shannon Whitehurst is my primary assistant and her main job is to keep me on an even keel which is no easy feat. Seriously, Shannon is invaluable to me and I would hate to do surgery without her. Shannon started with us in 1997. She brought four years of assisting experience. While on sabbatical from our practice, she earned an assisting certificate from Gulf Coast Community College.
